Our SErvices

  • All types of construction work including new homes, renovations and extensions.
  • One on one dealings with head builder/owner.
  • Custom design and build services.
  • Standard new home designs which can be modified or changed to suit your personal needs.
  • Fully licensed and insured. NSW Builders License No. 300084c.
  • Public Liability & Products Liability Insurance – our current policy with MBA Insurance Services Pty Ltd is renewed annually to the value of $10,000,000.
  • Home Warranty Insurance- under the Home Building Act 1989, builders contracting for residential building work worth over $20,000 must take out Home Warranty Insurance.
  • Workers Compensation- we hold a current workers compensation Certificate of Currency under the Work Compensation Act 1987, renewed annually with GIO Insurance.
  • Topline Constructions & Maintenance Pty Ltd is also a member of the Master Builders Association of NSW.

Planning

We work closely with all our clients from the very beginning including design ideas and advice on practicality of house planning to suit all budgets. We offer realistic advice and guidance to help you achieve your dream home or project. 

Design

Topline works closely with clients, architects and draftsmen to create suitable designs which suit various land sizes, slopes and shapes. We are able to offer assistance with interior design elements, product selections, exterior facades and finishes right through to landscape planning. 

Construction

Topline’s owner and head builder, Travis Clark prides himself on quality workmanship and construction. We pride ourselves in the one on one dealing with clients where Travis will personally manage your project from the initial concept to guiding you through the design and building process right up to handing over the keys to your completed project.
